It seems it has been removed from the usual places.

Probably the wisest thing to do is to contact the creator of the add-on and kindly ask him/her to send you a copy.

		<description>Finally found a good add-on capable of integrating custom svg maps into Xcelsius. 

It&#039;s called the SCG Controller from  inovista.com.  Does everything AnyMap and quite a bit more, plus it  has documenattion and support.</description>
